Frodo Bagginshobbit. destroyed the ring. wants middle earth at peace. Frodo Baggins is a hobbit from the Shire. He was adopted by his uncle Bilbo Baggins, who chose to make him the heir of Bag End, giving him a reputation as an odd person in the Shire. He also dreamed to go on an adventure for the longest time, because he wanted to see the world like his uncle Bilbo had. Of course, when he had been dreaming of that he had imagined he'd be able to go on an adventure with Bilbo. Instead, his beloved uncle disappeared and he ended up with the one ring that belonged to the dark lord Sauron. Frodo bore the ring to Rivendell, where they created a fellowship, and he officially chose to bring the ring to Mordor. The fellowship had many adventures, and through it Frodo and Sam decided to split off from the rest to travel there. On their way they found Gollum and had him help them get to Mordor. They made it to the Black Gate, where Gandalf then came with an eagle and decided to do things differently. Frodo and Sam rode the eagle, and Frodo cast the ring into the fires of Mount Doom. Frodo felt frustrated by the entire thing, but he could not let himself be too upset about it because there was still another great threat to Middle Earth through Saruman. And though Frodo wishes to return home, he also wants to help save the free peoples of Middle Earth as well as the Shire.

Frodo & Aragorn: I do think Aragorn has a great respect for Frodo's strength of character for accepting to take the ring to Mordor himself. I also think that he proved himself enough to the Hobbit during their quest so at least some of that respect is reciprocated. I do see Aragorn as resisting the ring while they were traveling together due to his vows to preserve Frodo as well. Anywhere you'd like to take their relationship would be fine to me, but I guess at least this much can be said about it beforehand. So there is a great deal of respect between them, if not true friendship.

Frodo and Aragorn: oh I'm sure that Frodo respects Aragorn. I think Frodo really does respect and admire him because Aragorn was never really swayed by the ring's power, and didn't go for it when Frodo offered it to him. So I think Frodo would definitely respect that. I think Frodo would still see Aragorn as a friend, he's just worried by all the chaos going on, which he's fully aware isn't really Aragorn's fault. Frodo does want to help Aragorn, as much, or maybe more than Gandalf really, because he truly believes Aragorn makes a good king.

Frodo & Aragorn: Aragorn needs all the friends he can get right now. Poor guy... LOL. It could be interesting to share a thread between them in which they talk about the ring. Frodo would learn that even though Aragorn did resist it and did not go for it when offered, a part of him wanted to do that. He fought a lot with himself and it was his strength of character, just the same as with Frodo throwing it away into Mount Doom, and his vow to Frodo that allowed him to resist in the end. It'd be the type of thread that could expose their vulnerabilities, no problem as they are friends and trust each other by now, and at the same time build on their relationship by strengthening it. It can also grow out of or into a lighter kind of friendly conversation. What do you think?
