Legolas is one of the ever-dwindling number of elves who chose to remain in Middle Earth and supports the era of men wholeheartedly (although, there wouldn't be anything wrong with more than a handful of other elves that went along with the plan). He was born and raised a prince of Mirkwood and represented his homeland at the Council of Elrond and his kin in the aformed fellowship. Some time after the ring's destruction he returned to his home, though it was not long after pillaged and taken over by Saruman's army. Those who survived he escorted to Lothlorien as his final duty to the mirkwood Guard - though he chose to depart to Gondor to do everything in his power to (again) bring peace to Middle Earth.
He's as brave, honor bound, and loyal as any soldier, wise as the events of his age have allowed him to yet, and yet at the same time, being fairly young for his races standards, he is not without a certain amount of natural curiosity and hopefulness in regards the the world around him, a certain lightness of heart that may seem out of place- though has been slightly quelled. He has seen enough of the bad in this world to be sombered, and to know there is a reason to fight- but he has seen enough good in what is left to know that there are things well worth fighting for.

Frodo and Legolas: Well first of all, members of the fellowship yay. I think they'd still have that bond sort of connecting them even though they all might not be doing everything together. I think Frodo, since he's always had a love and respect for the elves, will probably trust Legolas more than most others in Middle Earth. Especially now with men of Gondor and Rohan and Denethor's men all in chaos, he'll probably feel more comfortable around Legolas and hearing what he thinks of this whole mess.

Frodo and Legolas ~ Yeah, I definitely think the fellowship would remain pretty close knit even after the journey. Legolas thought very highly of Frodo from the beginning and the fact he's involving himself here without and obligation would just get him more respect, certainly valued opinions as well and Legolas would be glad that Frodo still trusted him to that extent. There'd probably be an amount of mutuality/honesty/understanding. They're in a kind of similar boat with this mess and I could definitely see them interacting. Let me know if/when you wanna do something ^^

Legolas & Aragorn: I see a great deal of respect between them, certainly from Aragorn's side, specially after the hunt for the Hobbits that took them to Rohan during the war of the ring. I think Aragorn values a lot the fact that Legolas stood by his side through some bad times without wavering, like the taking of Gondor, which seems to be implied in the first post.
I also think that him being an Elf gets to see some of Aragorn's lighter side, which is related to Elven culture due to his upbringing at Imladris. I see them singing together to prepare their spirits before a battle and things like that actually. LOL. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Aragorn and Legolas ~ I agree completely. I actually wouldn't have a hard time believing at all that Legolas and Aragorn were friends prior to the fellowship either, just based on their interactions, honesty, the sort of lack of formalities. Legolas has very deep rooted loyalty to him and that hasn't changed in this instance and well, wont change, in any instance, period. I certainly think he would be supportive of Aragorn in the current situations, and that was a factor in him being in Gondor. I love the idea of them having a lighter sort of relationship as well as the obvious respect. (:

I actually can see them knowing each other from before the fellowship as well. Aragorn travelled around a lot and sure had been to Mirkwood on at least one prior occasion to hand Gollum to Legolas' father and Gandalf before the war of the ring. Actually Legolas went to Rivendell to tell Elrond and the others of Gollum's escape and ended up becoming a part of the fellowship when it was formed. I'm glad you liked the idea for a lighter side to their friendship as well. I thought it would so fit them.

Yes, I'm sure Legolas had been to Rivendell prior and Aragorn to Mirkwood (both probably a few times) so they would have had the opportunity to meet. The lighter sides does fit them, especially in a darker context. I can totally see it.

Frodo and Legolas: If you wanted to start something I'm totally all for it. Maybe preparing for some battle, or after one or something. I dunno. Whatever you want, maybe they just want to talk.
