HALDIR, Marchwarden of Lothlorien.... Loyal , Cunning , Wise , Courageous , Adventurous Haldir hasn't known much outside of Lothlorien. A Marchwarden most of his existence he hasn't seen much outside of the forests he has lived in. Now after the destruction of the ring, he wants to follow a different path. He has left to join forces with Legolas and Gandalf to fight against Saruman. FAMILY - Its not just blood... LOVE - Dearest to him... FRIENDS- Those he trusts fondly... AQUAINTENCES - Random get together's... ENEMIES - The people who he dislikes or dislike him...

Aragorn & Gandalf: Aragorn knows Gandalf for about 63 years, if memory serves me well, and they were described as friends. I see him having a lot of respect for Gandalf and valuing his advice, wisdom and friendship. He would listen to him with an open mind and heart even if they come to disagree in the end. Also since Aragorn is passing through a huge "who do I trust?" time right now, Gandalf would certainly be amongst the first ones to get a yes from him. Gandalf did trust Aragorn with the future of Middle-Earth twice so far: once by asking him to round up Gollum to discover the origin of Bilbo's ring and the second with taking Frodo, Merry, Pippin and Sam safely to Rivendell from Bree as a back-up in case something happened to him.

Aragorn & Haldir: Aragorn had been to Lóthlorien before he led the fellowship there, possibly several times due to being raised by Elrond at Imladris, so it is possible that he knows Haldir at least as an acquaintance, though they could be friends too by me. It's totally up to you.

Gandalf & Aragorn ::
Yes these two will definitely have a certain level of good trust to each other. I think as always Gandalf has seen much potential in the man in one way or another.

Haldir & Aragorn ::
Well seeing as Haldir never really got much say in the books or the movie I think at this point it would be good for him to get flushed out so that way he can meld into the plotting better. So them becoming allies and friends would be a good thing seeing as he would be friends to Legolas and Gandalf as is.
